University of Utah

Application Fee: WAIVED

• The application fee will be waived for first-time freshmen applicants with a permanent

address in the state of Utah or attend(ed) a tribal high school located in Utah.

• In the University of Utah section of the Common Application, you will be asked “Do you

intend to use one of these school-specific fee waivers? If you qualify for a fee waiver, you

will not be required or prompted to pay an application fee in order to submit your

application to the University of Utah.” Select “My permanent address is in the state of Utah

or I attend a tribal high school located in Utah.
